Return & Refund Policy — Primal Era

At Primal Era, every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of our made-to-order production process, we operate under a final sale policy. Please review the details below carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Policy

All orders placed with Primal Era are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect size selected

• Incorrect color selected

• Change of mind

• Ordering mistakes

• Shipping delays outside our control

Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Made-to-Order Production

All Primal Era merchandise is custom produced to order. This allows us to maintain quality control and offer unique products, but it also means we cannot restock returned items. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not supported except in cases of product defects.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a production error.

If you receive a faulty item, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide your order number

• Include clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and issued a full refund for that item.

Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting their purchase. This includes:

• Size selections

• Color selections

• Style choices

• Shipping information

We highly recommend reviewing the size charts and all order details carefully before placing your order.
