At Primal Era, all apparel and merchandise are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for the customer after purchase. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Production & Processing Time

All Primal Era products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Average processing time:
3 to 12 business days before shipment

Processing time includes production, quality control, and packaging. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Methods

Domestic (United States)
Orders ship via USPS after processing.

Typical USPS transit estimates (after production):

  • First Class Mail: 3–9 business days

  • Priority Mail: 3–4 business days

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

Final Sale Notice

Because all Primal Era items are made to order, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production. Returns and exchanges are only available for verified faulty or damaged items, as outlined in our Return Policy.

Shipping Delays

Primal Era is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or natural events

  • Service interruptions

  • Holiday volume

These delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Risk of Loss

All products are made to order and shipped directly to the customer. Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the carrier.
